I did compare it with the big high street chain before ordering and this was clearly the better choice for what I needed. The checkout was straightforward and I had no trouble finding the right size guide, which I always find tiresome elsewhere. Everything arrived well packed and on the day they said it would. I would certainly order from them again, and I have already mentioned them to my sister.

Read moreThe sizing chart is the first thing I looked at and it's properly detailed, with measurements in both cm and inches, which I wish more places did. I've been buying this sort of kit for years so I knew what to look for. Checkout was quick and the replacement arrived the next working day, though the box was a bit squashed at one corner.
