My old kettle element had gone and I needed a like for like part that would fit my model without guesswork. The site let me filter by appliance and the description listed the wattage and fitting type clearly. It fitted first time and I've not had any trouble since.

I'd been looking at a similar garden bench in town and the one I ordered here felt sturdier when it arrived. The price was a little lower too, which was a nice surprise. Assembly was straightforward with the instructions included. Very satisfied with it.

Really good, I'd use them again. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break and the checkout worked first time, which never happens. Got a shipping update the same day and it turned up when they said it would.

I've bought the same walking boots from them three times now and each pair has fitted the way the last one did. The leather is well made and the laces are a decent length. Delivery has been prompt every time and the box is always sealed.

Compared with the shop I've used for years, this was noticeably better value and the order was easier to place. I'd rather not fuss about returns, and the site laid out the options clearly before I paid. Delivery arrived well packed and on the day they quoted, which I appreciated.

Ordered a pair of trainers on a Saturday morning and they were at my door by Monday. Honestly the easiest checkout I've done in ages, no faff with logins. Price was decent and the box arrived undamaged. Would order again.

I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years and they've never let me down. This time I needed a replacement filter for the extractor fan and it was the right one first time. Prices are fair and the account keeps my address saved, which saves a lot of bother.

Having compared the price with the catalogue I'd been using, this set of curtains is clearly better quality for less money. The lining is thick enough to keep the draughts out and the hooks were included, which I didn't expect. The order arrived within the week and was carefully packed. I'm pleased I took a chance on them.

Ordered the grey oversized hoodie from them last month and honestly it's the comfiest thing I own now. Fit is exactly what the photos showed, the checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account, which I loved. Would 100% get another.

I needed a birthday present for my sister in a hurry and didn't know the site at all before this. The gift option let me add a card message and the packing was tidy, nothing rattled about. Arrived on time and she loved it, so I'm glad I found them.

This was the one I went with after comparing three different sellers for the same drill set. It came out slightly cheaper and the spec was the most complete of the lot. Delivery was quick and everything was present and correct. Happy with the choice.

I bought a pair of linen cushion covers for the back room and they're exactly the shade I wanted. The zip is sturdy and the fabric feels pleasant without being scratchy. They arrived neatly wrapped and nothing was damaged, so I'm very pleased.
