Ordered from my phone on the bus, the site was easy to use and checkout took about two minutes. Picked a springform cake tin in the end, the sides are sturdy and the base clips in nicely. Arrived two days later, box was a bit squashed but the tin was fine. Good stuff, I'll be back.

The tin arrived a day later than the site suggested, and the customer service reply took a few days to come back when I asked about it. The tin itself is solid and the cake came out beautifully.

The cake pan is noticeably heavier and the finish is smoother, so I think it's worth the extra. Ordering was straightforward and it arrived in good nick. Would have liked a slightly better price, but the quality is there.

I've been baking for years and know my way around a tin, so I can say these are well made. The heavy gauge steel holds heat nicely. The only thing that let it down was the delivery, which took longer than the estimate, but the product itself is good.
