I compared the price of a set of garden tools against the local hardware shop and this website came out a fair bit cheaper, even with postage. The tools arrived in good time and they are well made, with a proper weight to the handles. The customer service team answered a question I had within a day, which I appreciated. I expect to shop here again for the garden.

The online form was straightforward enough, though I did have to phone once when a question about my medical history wouldn't accept my answer. The policy documents arrived by email within the hour once it was sorted, and the cover has been perfectly adequate so far.

The jars arrived well packed and the lids fit properly. Only thing is the checkout asked me to make an account first, which was a bit of a faff. Otherwise happy with it.

Ordered a dress in my usual size and it came up a bit small, so I sent it back. The returns label was in the box which was handy. Refund hasn't shown yet but it's only been a few days so fingers crossed.
Bought a replacement part for my tumble dryer, the one with the correct model match. Took a few weeks to arrive which was longer than I'd hoped, but it did fit the first time. I think the part itself is fine. A bit of a wait though.
Good quality and the order turned up on the day they said it would. Honestly the price is a bit higher than I'd pay elsewhere for the same kind of thing. Still happy enough with it, just wish it was cheaper.

The app is really clear and I liked seeing the whole repayment schedule laid out. My first payment date shifted by a couple of days after I set up the loan which caught me out a bit, although they did explain it in the email. Otherwise smooth, I'd use them again.
