I'd always gone to a big department store website for my bedding, and this was nearly half the price for the same duvet set. I was a bit nervous ordering from somewhere new but the checkout was straightforward and the confirmation email came straight away. The duvet arrived in two days wrapped in plain paper, and it's exactly what I wanted. Would happily order again.
Read moreI ordered a formal shirt for a family occasion. The chest was a touch snug compared to the size chart I'd read, so I had to think about sending it back. The delivery itself was prompt, arriving within three days, and the packaging was fine. It is a decent shirt but I'd check the measurements carefully before buying.
Read moreI bought a knitted cardigan for my daughter's birthday and she was thrilled with it. The quality is better than I expected for the money, and the colour is exactly as shown on the website. The parcel arrived promptly and was carefully wrapped. I'd be pleased to order from them again.
Read moreOrdered a pair of earrings and the site was easy to use. My only gripe is the tracking page didn't update until the day after dispatch, which had me checking my phone a lot. The earrings are lovely though and arrived on schedule.
I was after a bargain for a new handbag and this was cheaper than most places I checked. The bag itself is solid and looks good. Delivery took closer to a week than the two or three days I'd hoped for, but it did arrive.
