Needed a replacement bath screen and didn't want to pay the big-name prices for something I'll only use in a rental. Found one here at a lower price and the ordering took a few minutes. Delivery was a couple of days and the screen was the right size. Nothing special but it does the job and the price was the main draw.

Had looked at a couple of local showrooms and two other websites before picking this, so I'd got a good sense of what the options were. Their listing for the enclosure gave the dimensions and the glass thickness clearly, which the others didn't. Price came in lower than the showroom and the order was easy to place. The enclosure went together well and it fits our corner.

We needed a shower that was easy to get in and out of after my husband's hip op, so a proper level access tray was the priority. I've been ordering from them for years and they've always been reliable. The tray came with clear instructions and the team on the phone talked me through the fitting questions. It's made such a difference to his independence and to my nerves too.

Compared with the local merchant I usually go to, this was a far easier way to get a shower panel and tray, and the price was lower. I've been buying from them for a while now so I knew what to expect. The panel came flat in a sturdy box with the corners protected and the tray arrived with no chips. Fitting went smoothly and the seal is tight. Would happily order from them again.

Our old shower head was blocked with limescale and the water was barely dribbling out. Needed something sorted before the weekend so I ordered one here. Looks sleek and the fitting was easy. Done.

Way easier than trying to get a shower in the big shop, where I was stuck waiting for someone to help. Ordered it on my phone late one night and the basket remembered my address so it was dead quick. Arrived in a few days and the chrome looks really nice, honestly better than I thought for the price. My flatmate wants one now so I've sent her the link.

I bought a basic bath screen and the price was good compared with the big names, which matters when you're on a budget. The glass is a decent thickness and the hinges feel sturdy enough. Delivery came within the week and the box was undamaged. Fitting was simple with the instructions and a bit of patience. Good value for what it is.

Ordered the wall-mounted shower arm with a rain head, the one with the 300mm plate. It sits square against the tiles and the flow is even across the whole head. The thread on the arm matched my existing pipework without needing tape. Good weight to it.

Having compared a number of showers at the local showroom before deciding, I found this unit to be considerably more reasonable in price and the specification was clearer. The old fitting we had was tired and this one is a real improvement on it. The delivery was prompt and the driver was courteous. I am glad we went ahead.

Honestly they have never let me down in all the years I've been buying from them. I've replaced two shower valves and a thermostatic mixer through them and every order has turned up when they said it would. The checkout is simple and the staff on the phone know their stuff. Would not go anywhere else.

We have been customers for a good many years now and we are very pleased with them. The sets we have bought have always been well made and the spares are easy to get when needed. Ordering is straightforward and they are always helpful on the phone. We shall continue to use them.

Ordered a thermostatic valve to replace one that had gone dodgy on our shower, and I know these fairly well from doing my own plumbing. The booking side of things is a bit different with the site, the cart saved my details so checkout was painless. Valve came packed properly and the cartridge was a proper match for our old fitting. Fitted it myself in an afternoon.

Compared to the shower enclosure I was looking at in a big chain store, this one was a fair bit easier to order and the price was lower. The glass came wrapped properly and nothing was cracked. Very happy with it.

The chrome finish looks really good, way better than I expected for the price. It also came with little rubber washers already fitted, which saved me a trip to the shops. Fitted it in ten minutes. Sorted.
