Compared with the supplier I used before, this site has far more choice and the product listings are much more detailed. I know this category well so I could tell at once which models were good quality. Ordering took just a few minutes. The item I bought is well built and feels sturdy in the hand, and it reached me in a couple of days.
Read moreI needed a smaller, gentler product after a recent operation and my doctor suggested looking for something lighter. I found a suitable item on the site but the description was a little vague about the strength settings. The helpful information came through after I emailed them. Delivery was steady and the item was fine once I knew what I was getting.
Read moreI needed something simple to use as my hands are not what they were, and a friend recommended this place. I was careful to read the notes about the controls before I ordered. The item I chose is easy to handle and the buttons are large enough for me to press without bother. Ordering through the site was straightforward, and the parcel came promptly and with careful packing.
Read moreThe price was a bit higher than one other place I checked, but the range was better. The checkout took a couple of extra steps to get through, but once the order was in it all went smoothly.
The checkout was a little fiddly for me, I had to log in twice before it would take my card details. Once it went through the order was fine and the item arrived on time. It is not the worst experience I have had online but I would like it to be simpler.
I used to buy from a shop in town but the range there has got smaller every year. This site has a far better selection and the prices are about the same. Checkout took me no time at all since I already have an account. Delivery was a day quicker than my last order. Happy to keep coming back.
Compared with the bigger names this is noticeably cheaper for a similar toy. The only thing that bugged me is that the delivery charge kicks in below a certain spend, so I had to add something extra. The order itself was easy and the item arrived in good time.
This was my first order from them so I was a bit nervous about it. I bought a small lube and a pack of cleaning wipes to start with. The lube is a nice texture and not too sticky. Delivery took three days, which was fine, though the tracking updates were a bit slow to appear. Packaging was discreet. I will probably order again once I try a few more things.
The first thing I noticed was the product listings had far more detail than the other shops I looked at, with measurements and materials. I compared three sites before buying and this one was a little pricier. Delivery took a few days longer than the quickest of the others, though it still came well inside the window they gave me. Happy enough with it.
I needed something quieter for the flat since the walls are thin and my son is in the next room. I went for a small quiet model and it does the job. Ordering was simple enough, though I did have to wait a while for a reply to my question about returns. Delivery was reasonable and the packaging was discreet.
