I got a voucher code in an email after my first order which took a couple of quid off my next one. Delivery was free over a set amount, so I just topped up my basket a bit. Good value and easy to get on with.

The tracking page was a bit slow to update on the first day, it just said order received for ages, but then it moved on properly and the parcel came when they said it would. Checkout was quick and I liked that I could save my details for next time. Nothing major, just a bit of waiting around.
I was rather taken with the thermal mug, it keeps tea hot for hours which is exactly what I wanted. The lid is a touch fiddly to get off when cold, but I'm sure I'll manage. Delivery was prompt and well packed.
