Once I'd booked the confirmation came in and the whole thing went without any bother. Quicker than I expected from something like this.

This was my first time using them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The booking page was clear and I liked seeing the full price up front. The confirmation took a little longer to come through than I'd like, and I had to chase it once. Otherwise it went smoothly and I'd probably use them again.
What I notice most after years with them is how the statements are always accurate and the reminder emails come on time. The one thing I'd mention is the phone line wait can be long at busy times, but I usually manage with the website. Still happy to keep using them.
