I've been borrowing from this lender on and off for over ten years, which is why I keep coming back. Applying was the same easy process as always and the decision came through quickly. The money has always arrived when they say it will. Payments are reliable and the statements are clear enough for me to read without my glasses.
Read moreTook out a loan through them to cover a bathroom refit. The total cost was noticeably more than the quote I'd had from elsewhere, and I wasn't expecting the arrangement fee to be added on top. When I tried to get it explained on the phone I was on hold for ages and then got passed around. The money did arrive eventually, but I'd think twice before using them again.
Read moreI needed the money in a hurry because the car failed its MOT and I couldn't afford the garage bill out of my account. I wanted something I could pay back over a set period without it eating the whole budget. The application was clear about what I was agreeing to, and the figures on screen matched the contract when it arrived. The cash showed up quickly and I've been paying it down each month…
Read morethe app is so easy to use lol, took like 5 mins to apply and the money was in my account the next day. i'd only ever used my bank before so this felt way less faffy. one small thing, the repayment date was a bit different to what i expected but they sorted it when i messaged.
Honestly it's been a decent experience so far for my first loan. The application was clear enough and I got an answer the same day. The only thing that slowed me down was the identity check, which needed a second go with a photo because the first one was too dark. Money arrived after that, so no real complaint.
Went with a car finance deal through them for a second hand estate, mainly because the monthly figure was lower than the dealer offered. The paperwork side was a bit slow, took nearly a week for them to confirm the vehicle details. Once that was sorted the funds went to the dealer without any fuss. Would have liked the update emails to come sooner.
I needed a bit of cash to cover a boiler repair that couldn't wait. Found this when I was searching late at night and the form only took about ten minutes. The money came through the next morning, which was the main thing. The interest is a bit steep but I knew that going in.
Compared to the building society I used for years, this is quicker and I never had to ring anyone to chase things up. I've been borrowing from them on and off since before the app existed, and the process has got simpler each time. The money landed in my account the next working day, and I could check my balance and what I still owed without waiting on a letter. Happy enough with it.
