I used to buy from a different retailer and kept having problems with stock being wrong. Compared with that, this has been far more dependable. Ordered a pair of work boots, they arrived in good time and the sizing was right. Their customer team dealt with a question about an order quickly and politely. I have ordered several times now and haven't had a single issue, so I shall keep coming back…
Read moreNeeded a present for my brother's birthday and was running out of time. Ordered a hoodie here on Monday and it turned up Thursday, which was fine. The print is a bit smaller than I expected from the photo and the material is quite thin. Not terrible but I'd probably look elsewhere next time for something more substantial.
Read moreI've been buying from this site for about four years now, mostly homeware and the odd gift. The range is always good and the checkout remembers my details, which saves me a lot of time. The last time I sent a jumper back though, the return label took over a week to arrive and I had to ring them twice to get it sorted. Prices are fair. Still my first place to look.

Ordered a set of cushion covers on my phone during my lunch break and it went through fine. Took a few days longer than the listing said though and I had to chase them by email. Would probably use again.
Got a pair of cushion covers here for the sofa, and the price was the main reason I went for them. They are fine but the stitching is a bit loose on one corner and the zip feels cheap. Fair enough for the money I suppose, but I'd probably spend a bit more next time for something that lasts.
