I compared a few places for a new desk lamp and this came out ahead of the usual big retailers. The price was a few quid under the others and the lamp came with a proper bulb. Packaging was tidy with no crushed corners. Glad I went with them.
Read moreOrdered a hoodie and it said it'd come in three days but it took closer to a week. Quality's fine and the hoodie itself is decent. The emails kept saying nothing had gone wrong which was a bit annoying. Prices are okay but not the cheapest.

Last month I needed new kitchen scissors and the reorder option just worked, no fuss, arrived the next morning. Checkout takes about a minute once your details are saved. Never had a problem…

Ordering from them for the first time was simple enough and I had a question about the cable length which they answered the same day. The cable arrived well packed and it works perfectly with my setup. Nothing to complain about so far.
Checked a couple of other places before buying a yoga mat and this one had the best reviews and a fair price. Compared to the rest, the mat was thicker and the grip is better. Would pick them again.
Way easier than the other app I use for this, you just tap through and it's done. Ordered a hoodie on the bus and it turned up quick. Would use again.

My air purifier filter was due and I wanted one that wouldn't break the bank. This was well under what the manufacturer charges and it fit first time. Delivery was quick and the price was clearly listed with no surprises at checkout.
Honestly they're one of the few online shops I trust with a bit of money. I've been a customer since before the pandemic and the order process has stayed simple. Prices are fair and the site is easy enough to navigate on my tablet, which is more than I can say for some.
Needed a laptop bag for a trip on Thursday and ordered on my phone during a meeting break. Took about two minutes to get through the checkout. Arrived Wednesday night, which I didn't expect. Bag is fine.
Compared this to the other app I used for a similar order and it was miles quicker to get through checkout. Saved my card, two taps and done, and it turned up the next afternoon. Easy.
Looked at four or five places before I went with them for a pair of wireless earbuds. What got me was the price being clearly listed with the delivery included, no surprise charge at the last step. The earbuds turned up quickly and the sound is decent for the money. Happy with it.
I needed a replacement kettle after mine packed in and this was the cheapest decent option I could find that still had a proper warranty. It arrived in two days, well packed, no damage. For the price it does exactly what I need it to do.
I purchased a warm throw for my armchair and I'm very pleased with it. The colour is exactly as shown and the fabric is soft without being flimsy. Delivery arrived promptly and was well packed, which I did not expect.
The first thing I liked was that the site lets me pick a delivery slot, which matters when you live alone and don't want to miss the courier. I've been buying tea towels and bits for the kitchen from them since the spring. Everything has come packed carefully and the prices are fair. I've told my sister about them.
