I compared three different sites before choosing this one and it came out ahead on both price and how clear the product pages were. The fit is good and the material feels nicer than what I got elsewhere. Ordering took about five minutes and there was no fuss at checkout. Happy customer.
Read moreI needed a new laptop sleeve for work and compared a few places before ordering here. The sleeve is fine, the padding is decent and it fits my machine. It's a bit pricier than some of the others I looked at though, and the first delivery went to the wrong address because my door number wasn't clear, so I had to chase it up. Once sorted it was fine.
Read moreHonestly, this is the best place I've found for this kind of thing and I've been a customer for years. The site is easy to search, the sizing info is spot on and when I needed to swap an item last spring they sorted it without fuss. Packaging is always neat and the order turns up when they say it will. I've told my brother about them and he's now a regular too.
Read moreI'd been looking at the big high street chain for the same thing and this came out a bit cheaper and felt more solid in the hand. Ordering was simple and I got a confirmation straight away. The only thing is the delivery took a few days longer than the site said, which was a bit annoying, but it came in one piece. First order so far.
Rokform is the one I go back to when I need bits for the car and the van, and the range is much better than the usual places. The checkout took a moment to load on my phone but once it went through the order came quickly and everything was where they said it would be. Only thing I'd change is the search, it's clunky if you don't know the exact part name.
I needed a backup charger for work and wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune. I compared four or five options and this one looked the most sensible for the money. The sizing info was clear and it fits my bag. The only slight niggle is that the delivery window was a bit broad, but it turned up in the end.
I know this area well and the bracket is a solid bit of kit, the adjustment is smooth and it doesn't slip. The only niggle was the box arriving a bit squashed at one corner, though the item was fine. Ordering was easy and the price is fair for the spec. Would buy again.
On balance I'm happy with what arrived, it's sound and fairly priced for the quality. The one thing that let it down a little was the return, which needed a couple of forms and a trip to the post office. Otherwise the ordering was clear and the parcel was well packed.
