Been ordering from them since they started. Verdict is simple, they're the first place I check when I need household bits. The site remembers my usual items which makes topping up quick. Delivery has been reliable every time I've used them. Still my go to.
Read moreOrdered a duvet set from them after looking at a few other sites first. The duvet itself is fine and feels decent for the money but the order took nine days to arrive when they said three to five. Nobody told me about the delay until I emailed. Not the end of the world but I'd expect better updates than that.
Read moreI needed something to brighten up the sofa for the winter and this throw seemed just right. I've been a customer here for years and they've never let me down before. The colour is a little richer than I expected and it's soft and warm. The packing was careful, everything arrived in one piece and the instructions for washing were clear. It's been well used since and I'm very pleased with it.
Read moreHonest verdict is that it's a good hose reel but you pay a bit more for it than you would elsewhere. I looked at three other places before settling on this one, mostly because of the warranty. The reel itself winds in smoothly and the hose doesn't kink. The return process was a bit fiddly when I wanted to swap the nozzle. Gardening season is over so I'll see how it holds up.
I've bought from here many times over the years and the products are usually reliable. This time the delivery was a bit slow and the tracking didn't update for four days. The replacement part I needed fitted fine once it turned up. Didn't love waiting so long for a reply from the team either.
