This is the place I go to for my kitchen supplies and I have ordered from them for years. The site is straightforward and the parcels always arrive when they say. The price is fair for what you get. Happy to keep using them.
Read moreI signed up with them to get a pair of bedside lamps for the spare room and this was my first time buying from them. The sign up asked for more details than I expected, which took a bit of time. The lamps came a few days later and were fine, but one of the bulb holders felt a bit loose. They sorted a replacement quickly when I emailed, so no real complaint there.
Read moreI bought a bread maker here after looking at about four others in the shops and online, and this was the cheapest by a fair margin. The box turned up in good nick and the instructions were easy to follow for a first loaf. I did ring them once to ask about the paddle and got a straight answer the same afternoon. It has made me a lot of bread since and I'm very happy with it.
Read moreI've been fitting home networks for years so I was looking closely at the router I ordered from them. The specs matched the listing and it came with the right cables, which is more than I can say for some places. Prices were a few quid under the big electronics sites, though the delivery took longer than I'd have liked and the box was a bit battered when it turned up.
Ordered a pair of running shorts on a Sunday night and they were at my door by Tuesday which was spot on. The checkout took about a minute, I didn't have to make an account which was a nice change. Only thing is the tracking link was a bit fiddly to find in the email but got there in the end.
Needed a fan for the bedroom because it's boiling, ordered on the way home from work on my phone and it was easy enough to do. Arrived the next day, box was fine. Only thing is the delivery slot was a bit vague so I had to wait in, but the fan works well.
The price on the hairdryer was the real draw, it was well under what the big names charge. Ordering was quick and the box arrived the next day. It does the job but the cable's a bit short. Fine for the money.
I wanted a new vacuum cleaner and the price here came out a good bit under the high street shops for the same model. The order went through without any fuss and it arrived within the week. The returns form took a while to find on the site, but I didn't need to send anything back so it didn't matter to me.
