First time ordering so I was a bit nervous, but the checkout was straightforward and the confirmation email came straight away. The scanner turned up in two days and the software installed without any faff. Didn't have to chase anyone at all.
Read moreScanner itself is fine and the results are decent once you get it going. The install took ages because the driver kept failing on my laptop, and I had to ring support to sort it. Delivery was quick though.
Read moreI bought the 3D scanner mainly for checking fit on bits I make for the shop, and the price was the deciding factor against the more expensive brands. It captures detail well and the software handles the export without fuss. Support replied to my question within a day when I got stuck on a setting. For the money it does the job properly, and I'd spend it again.
Read moreDecent price for what you get, and the accessories were included without extra charge. The instructions were a bit thin so I spent longer than I'd like on the setup. Still, it's good value.
I bought the handheld scanner for mapping out a small garden project. It picks up fine detail well, though the software took a while to get going on my laptop and I had to reinstall the driver once. Once it was set up it was accurate enough for what I needed.
I've been ordering from them for years, and this time I compared them against my usual supplier and they came out cheaper for the same kit. The order process is the same as always, quick and clear. The only thing is the delivery took a day longer than last time, but it arrived in good nick.
I bought the bundle with the turntable for scanning small items, and it's been a long-time favourite of mine for that. The turntable is sturdy and the scans come out consistent once the lighting is sorted. One small niggle is that the instructions for the turntable settings are a bit vague, so I had to experiment. Still a good buy for regular use.
The box came fully intact and everything inside was wrapped properly, which I didn't expect. Took about four days to arrive, a bit longer than the estimate said, but it's fine. Scanner works well so far, haven't had any issues yet.
