The bits are good quality and they cut clean through the hardwood I was using. I found the checkout a bit fiddly on my phone but got through in the end. Read moreI'll be honest, the thermal flask does what it's meant to, but it is not quite as good as I hoped. The lid leaks a little if it's knocked over and the cap is a bit stiff to turn. Delivery was fine and the box arrived undamaged. I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere for a flask that doesn't leak.
I'll say straight off that the kettle descaler did the job I needed it for. It was a little slow to arrive, though, and I did have to ring them once to ask where it had got to. The instructions could be clearer for someone who isn't used to these things. It's perfectly fine, I just wouldn't rush to order from them again.
