Picked up a second hand Boss delay pedal that I'd been hunting for months. The seller had included the original power supply and had tested it properly, with a note about a slightly scratchy knob that wasn't a problem. Packed well, arrived quickly, works perfectly with my board. Know what I'm looking for and this was a good find.
Read moreFirst time buying here and I'm afraid it was a disappointment. The jacket I bought looked a different shade in the photos than it did in person, and the seam on one sleeve was loose. I messaged the seller and it took three days to get a reply. Price was on the high side for what arrived, so I'm not keen to try again.
Read moreFound a vintage leather camera strap I'd been looking for ages, and the seller had clearly listed the wear on the buckle so no surprises when it turned up. Packaging was a bit flimsy and it took four days to arrive, which was longer than the listing said, but the strap itself is lovely and the price was fair. Would definitely check here first next time I'm after something older.
Read moreI've been using this site for years for bits for the sewing machine and mostly it's fine. This time the spool holder I ordered was a different colour from the photo, nothing major, but I wanted to send it back. The return form took ages to find in my account and I had to ring to get the label sorted. They did refund me in the end, just a bit of a faff.
Short answer is that it did the job, but I'd expected it to be cheaper. I compared three places before ordering and the price here was a fair bit higher once postage was added. The guitar string set arrived in good nick and the seller was helpful. Probably would look elsewhere next time for something this basic.
