We needed a replacement part for the boiler and didn't want to pay the high street price. Found it on the site, ordered on the Tuesday and it came Thursday, and it was about a third cheaper than the big chains. Checkout was straightforward and the tracking emails were clear. Good value for what we paid, and I'd order from them again without thinking twice about it.

The delivery was a day slower than promised, which annoyed me a bit, but the sheets were nice quality and washed well. Would probably check here first again, but I'd want the delivery times to be more accurate.

Ordered a phone case on my phone during my lunch break and it was easy enough to do. Arrived the following Tuesday, bit later than the date they gave but fine. Case fits ok, bit tight at the corners.
