Honestly the thing that got me was that the app remembers my last search so I don't have to type the same thing twice. Ordered a couple of phone chargers on a Sunday night and they turned up Tuesday, which was faster than I expected. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account first, which I liked. Would use again for sure, just wish the filters were a bit easier to find on mobile tbh.

Compared to the big chain I used before, the ordering here took about half the clicks and the stock levels shown were actually accurate when the order landed. Ordering is simple and the tracking updates are reliable.

Bought a set of three USB cables for the house and the price was lower than the big electrical shops, even with delivery included. Ordering was simple and I got an email confirmation straight away. The cables work fine so far. Delivery was next day which was a nice surprise for the money. Nothing to moan about here, will keep them in mind for next time I need bits.

Compared to the big supermarket online, this is easier to find things and the substitutions are sensible. I've been a customer a long time and the order history makes reordering quick. Never had a problem.

We needed to replace a set of storage boxes after the old ones split, and this is where we've always come back to. Been ordering from them for years and they've never let us down. The delivery is always on time and the quality holds up well.

I needed a gift for my son's birthday and had about four days left, so I was in a bit of a panic. Ordered on the Tuesday and it turned up on the Friday, wrapped and ready to go. Saved my weekend.

I bought a desk lamp as a first order and it came in a sturdy box with the bulb already fitted. The brightness is spot on for working late and the switch feels solid. Delivery was next day, which I wasn't expecting.

Compared with going to the shop, ordering here saved me a whole afternoon. I could compare prices in one place and the order arrived the next morning. Really handy for busy weeks.

I ordered a bread maker from them last month and it arrived safely. The instructions were clear, and I was able to order the spare paddle without any trouble. Very pleased indeed.

I compared three places before picking this one and it came out on top for me. The checkout was straightforward and the item arrived well packed. I'd happily go back for the next thing I need.
