I needed a new desk chair for the box room because my back was killing me after working from home. First time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect, but the checkout was quick and the chair turned up in four days. Put it together myself in about half an hour, the instructions were clear enough. It's comfy and the lumbar support does what I need it to.

Trying to send it back was a pain, took ages to get a reply and the return form kept timing out. Wouldn't bother again.

I know a bit about bed bases from working in a furniture shop, and this one has proper centre support slats which matters for a heavier mattress. The instructions could have been clearer about the order of the bolts. Otherwise it went together nicely and the fabric is a good…
Read moreI bought a set of four dining chairs for the kitchen table, which I have had for thirty years. I've bought from this firm before for other bits, so I knew what to expect. The chairs are comfortable and the upholstery is neat. The delivery was on time and everything arrived unharmed.
The bed frame turned up later than the site said but it was fine once it got here. Ordering was dead easy, took about two minutes on my phone, and the checkout didn't ask for loads of stuff. Only thing was the box came in two days after the date they gave, and nobody sent a message about it so I had to check the tracking myself. Would still use them again for the price.
I ordered a runner rug for the hallway, which gets a lot of wear from the dog and the grandchildren. The colour matches the stair carpet well. The price was a little higher than I had seen elsewhere but the quality seems good. Delivery was prompt and the rug arrived rolled and undamaged.
My son had always suggested I upgrade the old bed frame, so I finally did it with this one. I've shopped with them a good few times over the years and the quality has stayed reliable. The ordering was simple and the delivery arrived on the day. The only small thing was the instructions, which I found a bit wordy.

The instructions could have been clearer about the order of the bolts. Otherwise it went together nicely and the fabric is a good shade.
Before going with them I priced up a similar garden bench at one of the big DIY shops in town and this one came out roughly a third cheaper. Delivery was included which the other place charged for. The bench went together fine with the instructions they supplied, though one bolt hole was slightly off and I had to adjust it. For the money it's a good buy and I'd order from them again.
I ordered a dining table and six chairs for the family Christmas dinner, and I was pleased to see the chairs were offered in a choice of fabrics. The order went through without any bother, though I did have to ring them once as I couldn't find the confirmation email. The table itself is well made and the chairs are comfortable enough for a long meal. I'd happily order from them again.
