Ordered the breast pump after reading reviews and it did the job. Setting up the parts took a bit of working out but the instructions were clear enough. The delivery came the next day in a discreet box. Very happy with the whole thing, the support team answered my question about the flange size within an hour.
Read moreHonestly it's a fine place to buy the baby monitor but I'd checked a few other sites and found the same one for less. The one I got works okay. Ordering was a bit slow because the basket kept resetting on my phone.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the order tracking, which updated every step from packed to out for delivery, so I knew exactly when the parcel would turn up. I'd never ordered from them before and was a bit nervous about the nappies being the right size. Got a reply to my question about sizing within the hour through the chat box. Everything arrived on the Tuesday as promised, so I'll be ordering…
Read moreBiggest thing for me was that the bulk pack of wipes came out cheaper per wipe than anywhere else I looked. Ordering was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. Delivery took four days rather than the two they quoted, which annoyed me a bit, but the wipes were all there and in date. For regular stock it's the place I'll go back to.
Needed a steriliser quick because the old one broke and we had a newborn. Got it on here and it was delivered the next day. Works well, does the job. The price was a bit higher than some places I looked at but not by much.
We needed a highchair before the grandparents visited, so I ordered this one on my phone on a Friday. It arrived Monday, which was fine. Assembly is a bit fiddly, one of the screws didn't want to go in straight. Otherwise solid and the tray comes off easily for washing.
I've ordered the same nappy sacks from them for years now and they've never let me down. The reorder button in my account is handy and the pricing has stayed steady. Delivery was on time, as usual.
Compared to the car seat I'd seen at the supermarket this was a bit cheaper and the fit is nice. Delivery was next day which was great. Only thing is the instructions are a bit small to read without my glasses, though my flatmate sorted it. Would buy again, probably.
