linen shirt, fabric a bit thin
Bought the linen shirt in navy and the fabric is quite thin, you can see the seams through it in bright light. Fit is fine and the colour is lovely but I'd want something heavier for work. Delivery took three days which was fine.

Sent back the jumper, sorted quickly
Ordered a jumper for a friend's birthday and it was a bit tighter than I expected so I sent it back. The return label was in the box and the refund came through about a week later. Easy to do and the customer chat answered me within an hour. The jumper itself is soft and warm, just not the right fit for my mate. Would order again.

Good value, one small thing
The cotton polo at this price is hard to beat, the weight is good and the collar sits flat after washing. The one niggle is the delivery charge added on top for a small order, which I thought was a bit steep. Otherwise a solid buy for the money.
Not the cheapest but better made
Compared it with a couple of other brands before buying and this one came out ahead on fabric, though it's a bit more than the rest. The shirt itself is lovely and the fit is clean. Delivery was a day slower than the site said but that was the only thing.
sturdy cotton, good cut
The cotton polo has a nice weight to it and the collar holds up well after many washes. Cut is a little slimmer than I'm used to so I'd size up if you like a relaxed fit. Stitching around the placket is neat and nothing has started to fray.
Needed a smart jumper fast
Needed something smart for a wedding at short notice and this jumper fit the bill. The colour is a bit darker than the photos but still looks nice. Checkout took a couple of goes because the card form kept resetting, but the order went through and it arrived on time.
Reliable for years
I needed a replacement summer top for a family trip and have been buying from this brand for years. This one is as good as the last few I've had. The only small niggle is that the delivery took a bit longer than usual, around four days, but the top itself is lovely and the colour is right.
