The reorder button on my account is what I love most, I've been buying from them for about six years now and I just tap it and my usual e-liquid turns up. Checkout remembers my address and I've never had a problem. Quick, reliable and no fuss at all.
Read moreI bought a multipack of the cheaper pods, but once the delivery charge was added it worked out dearer than the other sites I'd checked. The product itself was fine and it arrived quickly. For a bit of value I'd expect the postage to be included, so this feels like a poor deal for the money.
Read morePlaced the order on my lunch break from my phone and it was done in a few taps, saved my card so no faffing about next time. Had a question about which coil fit my device and the team got back to me within the hour, which I didn't expect on a weekend. Box arrived next day in the usual plain packaging with everything I ordered. Would use them again.
Read moreI had a query about whether a particular kit was compatible with my tank, and it took the team three days to get back to me. The answer when it came was helpful and accurate. The order itself arrived as expected, but I would have preferred a quicker reply before placing it.
Got the starter vape kit they had on offer and it does what I wanted, nothing too fancy. The price was lower than the shop near me. The first lot of e-liquid wasn't quite the flavour shown in the photo, more of a weaker menthol, but it was still decent enough.
This was my first order so I was a bit nervous about the age check and what to expect. The verification step was a bit long-winded, I had to upload a photo and wait most of a day. After that the order went through and arrived within a few days, which was okay.
