We needed a protector that would survive two kids and a dog jumping on the bed, so value mattered to us. We paid less than the big brands and this has lasted through a year of spills and washes without going thin or losing its waterproofing. The price per year works out really well for us. The order was simple and delivery came when they said. I'd buy the same again for the next bed.
Read moreWe needed a new protector after a leak got through the old one and ruined the mattress edge. The one we ordered is decent and keeps things dry, though the instructions on washing were a bit vague. Delivery was on time and the price was reasonable, but the return form was a fiddle when I wanted to swap the size.
Read moreAfter my husband started having accidents at night I needed something that would protect the mattress without making the bed uncomfortable. I looked at a few options first and settled on this one. The order was simple and the protector has been washing well over several months. I'm very pleased with it and thank you to the team for the help on the phone.
Read moreI tried a cheaper protector from another shop first and it was much thinner and crinkled when you moved. This one is a clear step up in feel and the membrane is quieter. It costs more but for a mattress I want to keep for years I think it's worth it. Delivery was a day late but I was told in advance.
Honestly really easy to order, took about two minutes on my phone and the checkout didn't mess up once. It came the next working day which was class. Only thing is the size guide was a bit vague so I had to guess, but it fit fine in the end.
Ordered it on the app and the whole thing took about a minute, which was nice. Turned up two days later. The cover is a bit thinner than the photos made it look but it's still a good price and does the job for my flat.
I'd been buying a cheap protector from a supermarket and this one is a clear step up compared to that, it's softer and doesn't crinkle at night. Only thing is delivery took about five days when they said two to three, not a disaster but I'd have liked to know. Ordering was easy and I'd probably order again.
I have been buying the mattress cover from them for years now and it is still my go to. The latest one is just as good as the first. The only small gripe is the packaging on the last order was a bit flimsy but the cover itself was fine. Delivery has always been prompt.
