Got the exact Lego set my daughter had been on about for weeks, and it was in stock here when half the big shops were out. Ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in two minutes. It arrived the next afternoon and she was over the moon.
Read moreI compared this against a couple of other toy shops before buying a model railway set for my grandson, and I'm afraid this one was dearer. The set itself is good and the track fits together well. Delivery was slow, taking the best part of a week, and I did have to ring them once to ask where the parcel had got to. Reply was polite when I did get through.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how neatly the craft kit was packed, with each little bag labelled, which I thought was thoughtful. I bought it for a Christmas craft morning at the church hall. The only small niggle is that the instructions are a little small to read without my glasses, though my friends managed. Otherwise a pleasant experience from start to finish.

What I liked most was the filter on the site that lets you sort by age range, which saved me loads of scrolling. I've bought from them before for my lad and I'm used to the setup. The one thing I'd flag is that the delivery estimate was a day longer than it turned out to be, which was a bit confusing but no real harm done.
I've been ordering from them for almost ten years now, mostly craft kits and the odd board game for the family. The thing I notice is that the search box has got a bit clunky lately and I sometimes have to try a few terms before I find what I'm after. Delivery is still reliable and they've never once lost a parcel on me.
