The thread count is what sold me and the duvet cover has held up well through a few washes. Ordering was simple and the tracking updates were spot on. Really happy with it so far, and I've already pointed my sister towards it.

The ordering was quick and the confirmation came straight away. Packaging was a bit flimsy so one of the cases had a small dent, but the earbuds themselves were fine and the price was hard to beat.

Compared to the big high street chain I usually use, the kettle here is about the same quality but noticeably cheaper. The packaging was a bit flimsy and one corner was dented on arrival. It still works fine though, so I'm pleased enough with it.
Bought a cordless kettle from them after the old one packed up, and the price was about fifteen quid less than the big electrical chain. It arrived in two days, which was fine. The only thing is the returns page is a bit fiddly to find, I had to hunt for the form when I wanted to send back a lid that didn't fit. Otherwise good value for the money.
