The leather on these is very well finished, which is the first thing I noticed when they arrived. I bought them for everyday wear and they have been comfortable from the start. The only thing I'd mention is that the laces on the pair I chose needed a little adjusting before they sat right, but that is a small matter.
Compared to the cheaper flats I was buying from a supermarket, these feel a lot sturdier and the insole doesn't flatten after a week. The price is higher, no question, but I've had my last pair for over a year and the supermarket ones were gone in three months. Delivery was a day later than they said but the box was fine.
Compared with the other well known brand I usually buy, these are noticeably more comfortable straight out of the box and the leather is softer. The other brand has a nicer range of colours though, so I did have to think about it. The price is a bit higher but I've worn these every week since I got them and they still look smart.
