Compared with the printer on the high street I used to rely on, this turned out to be considerably better value, particularly for the larger sizes. I had a query about the colour profile and the reply was courteous and useful. The mounted prints arrived flat and undamaged, which I was not expecting. Those who have used a local shop before will find the difference worth looking into.
Read moreI placed an order for a set of framed prints, which were a gift for a friend's retirement, and the details I sent through didn't seem to match what appeared on the order page. When I wrote to ask about it, it took nearly four days to get a reply, which was rather a worry with the date approaching. The prints did eventually arrive, though the frames were a little scuffed at one corner.
Read moreI've been printing my own photography for a while so I was particular about the paper, and the lustre finish here is accurate and holds the tone well in shadows. I sent a test strip first and the colour matched closely enough that I went ahead with the full order. The packaging was sturdy with card corners so nothing bent in transit. Delivery was a day faster than the site said.
Read moreCompared to the place I used at uni this one is so much easier, no pop-ups and the upload actually works. The only small thing is the delivery option cost extra when I'd expected it included. Still, prints arrived fine.
The app is actually well laid out, I got through the whole upload in minutes. Delivery took longer than I thought though, nearly a week when it said three days. Fine in the end, just annoying when you're waiting on something.
Got a small photo book made up of our trip to Lisbon and the printing is good. The pages are a bit thinner than I'd hoped but the colours are nice. Chose it over two other places because the price was lower. Shipping took a bit longer than the estimate, which was the only irritation.
Really good, did exactly what I needed on my lunch break. Uploaded the pics from my phone, checked out in about five minutes and the prints arrived a few days later. Only thing is the delivery slot was a bit vague so I had to wait in for it.
I ordered a set of greeting cards with my own photographs printed on the front. The page for choosing the design was clear and I was able to follow it without ringing anyone. The cards arrived a few days later and the finish is lovely, though the envelopes were a touch small for the larger cards.
