I've been using them for well over ten years now and they've never let me down. The account still works the same way it always did, which I like. Recent deliveries have been on time and the staff on the phone are patient when I've got a question. I'd be lost without them at this point.
Read moreNeeded a same day courier for a time-sensitive document and this was the only one I could book online that afternoon. Booking was fine and I got a confirmation quickly. The collection was a bit later than the slot they gave me, about an hour, and I wasn't told about the delay until I chased it. Parcel was still fine. Price was reasonable for the speed.
Read moreBooked a collection through the site for a box of old kitchen stuff going to the local charity shop, and the booking itself was dead quick, took maybe three minutes on my phone. The driver turned up at the end of the window rather than the start which was a bit annoying since I'd taken the morning off, but the parcel got there fine and the tracking emails were clear enough. Would use them again…
Read moreOrdered the weekly top up bundle on the site on my lunch break and it was done in a couple of taps. The order went through fine but one item was out of stock so they swapped it for something similar, which was a bit annoying since I'd picked it for a reason. Everything else arrived on the day they said. Price is decent too. Would order again, just keep an eye on the substitutions.
Booked it in the app and it was pretty painless. The one thing I'd change is the notification timing, it pinged me at 6am which was a bit much. Driver came when they said and the parcel was fine. Good stuff.
Tried another courier site first and the booking kept timing out, so I switched to this one. Compared to that, the form on here was quick and the price matched what I saw on the first screen. Had a small wait for the confirmation email, maybe ten minutes, which was fine. Collection was on time and the parcel arrived the next day.
