Before ordering the wet food pouches for my cat I looked at a few other pet sites and the big chains, and this one had the lowest price for the same brand. The pouches arrived in one piece and the box was well packed. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Price and delivery were both spot on for what I paid, so I'll be back.
Read moreHonestly the food is decent but it is a bit more than I pay at the local shop once you add delivery. Ordering was simple enough and the site showed everything clearly. The bag had a small split on one corner, though the contents were fine. I might only use them for the odd bigger order.
Read moreI checked three other online pet shops before ordering and this one came out cheapest for the same brand of cat food, which saved me a fair bit over a year. The bulk option is the reason. Ordering was easy and the delivery arrived on the day it said it would. I like being able to set up a regular order too, though I did have to fiddle with the address the first time. Would order again.
Read moreOrdered the dog biscuits on Monday night and they were on the doorstep Wednesday, which is quicker than I expected. Packaging was fine, bag was sealed and nothing broken. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out so I had to go through twice. Dog seems happy with them anyway, so not a big deal.
Our old cat bed got ruined so I needed a replacement quick. Ordered one here and it came sooner than I expected. The only thing is the bed was a bit thinner than I thought it would be.
I needed something cheap to get treats for my new rescue pup who is still a bit fussy. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was easy. The treats came a day late which was annoying but the dog loves them now so whatever. Would probably order again.
I have been using this site for about six years and it is still better than the local shop for my dog's dry food. Compared to the big online supermarket it is about the same price but the delivery slot picker is better. Only small gripe is the search is a bit clunky now. Still the first place I go.
Compared with the pet section at my local supermarket, this was a little dearer for the same brand of dog food, though the delivery saves me the trip. Ordering was straightforward and I appreciated being able to repeat my last order. The parcel was well packed. I would be pleased to continue.
