I bought personalised pyjamas with the kids' names on the pocket for their sleepover trip. The name embroidery is neat and the cotton is soft, which the kids were thrilled about. Ordering was easy on my laptop and I liked seeing the placement before I paid. It arrived in good time and was wrapped in tissue paper. Nice to find something that feels a bit special without costing a fortune.

The delivery was quick enough that I had it with me for the day itself. She loved it, which honestly made my…

The delivery took longer than the site said it would, the mug was for a friend's leaving do so it was a bit tight. Ordering was easy enough and the design looked the same as the preview. Customer support replied eventually but it took a couple of days. Still happy with the mug though, would probably order again.

Got a hoodie with my name printed on the back for a night out. Looks decent, feels alright. Took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, like a week, but it's fine.

Personalized Planet is an online retailer that sells gifts and keepsakes which can be customised with names, messages, photographs and other personal details. Its range covers items such as mugs, prints, jewellery, home decor and occasion gifts, each made to order according to the details a customer enters on the website. The business sells directly to consumers through its website and ships orders across the United Kingdom.
Its customers are buying presents for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and other milestones, and the site is built around the process of previewing a design before it is produced. Personalized Planet is known mainly for its made-to-order approach, which means each item is produced after the order is placed rather than held in stock.
