Perch and Parrow

The detail that got me was the little hook on the back of the mirror frame, already fitted and ready to hang. I compared a few options and this was the only one that had it sorted. The mirror is a nice weight and the frame is neat. Delivery was quick and nothing was chipped.

Compared it with two other sites for a travel pillow and this was the easiest to order from on my phone. The pillow is firmer than the one I had before, which is better for my neck. Delivery came the next day, no fuss. Worth the small extra over the cheapest option.

Compared with the usual brands I buy, this set of storage boxes was a lot less money for the same size. The lids snap on properly and they stack well in the understairs cupboard. Delivery was fast and the boxes were all in one piece. Very pleased.

I've been doing this sort of thing for years so I know what good looks like, and this was properly sorted. The booking page showed everything clearly, the confirmation came through right away, and the whole thing ran exactly the way it should have from start to finish.

I bought the mustard waffle throw and it's exactly the colour I was after, which doesn't always happen online. Ordered it in the lunch break on my phone and the delivery tracking was easy to follow. It arrived in good shape and I've already had it on the sofa twice. Nothing to complain about.

Honestly one of the nicest online orders I've made this year. I'd never bought from them before and went in expecting a faff. The checkout remembered my address, the parcel came in two days and the candle was exactly as shown. Customer emails were friendly and to the point. Will be back for the Christmas stuff in the autumn.

We needed a proper bed frame for the spare room after my mother-in-law started staying over a lot. I wanted something sturdy but not too heavy to put together on my own. The instructions were clear, the parts were all there, and it took me an afternoon. It's solid, looks good and was good value compared with the other places I looked.

I bought the chunky knit blanket in oatmeal and it's honestly so soft I've barely put it down since it arrived. The yarn feels thick and warm and it's heavier than I expected in a good way. It came folded in tissue with a little card. Ordering was simple and I got a dispatch email the same day.

My old timer finally gave up after forty years, so I needed something simple and reliable for baking. I've used these people for odd bits and bobs for a long time now and they've never let me down. This timer is big-numbered, easy to read with my glasses, and the magnet on the back holds it to the oven door. Delivery was on time and the box was neat.

Got the same hoodie cheaper here than on the big fashion sites, which is why I went for it. Fit's a bit oversized but that's the look. Arrived quick and the tag was still on. Bit pleased with myself honestly.

Needed a decent bike lock after mine got nicked from outside the flat. Found this one quick and it arrived the day after I ordered. It's heavy but feels proper and the key is solid. Happy enough.
