I looked at three other sites for a pair of wireless speakers first and this one had the best price by a fair bit. The checkout was quick and I got a confirmation email straight away. Things arrived well packed and on time, so I'm pretty happy with it.
Read moreI compared this with a rival site and the other one had a far clearer product photo, which is why I went elsewhere at first. When my drill set arrived the case was scuffed and one bit was missing, and it took three emails over a week before a replacement was agreed. The set is now working but the whole thing was more trouble than it should have been.
Read moreThe bathroom mat I ordered was a bit thicker than I expected, which is fine but not quite what the photo suggested. I've been ordering from them for years now and they've never let me down. Checkout was simple, I didn't have to make an account, and it arrived in three days with a proper tracking update the whole way. Only niggle is the returns form, which took a few goes to find.
Read moreWay better than the other site I was using, the checkout didn't keep timing out and my order came quicker than expected. Only thing is the size guide was a bit off so I had to swap one item, but they sorted it no bother. Would use again.
Got a phone case here because it was the cheapest one that wasn't a knock off. It fits my phone fine and cost less than the place I usually go. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but it arrived, so fair enough.
The price was the reason I went with them, a good £20 under the other places I checked for a set of kitchen scales. Signing up took a minute and the order went through without any fuss. It took four working days to arrive which was a bit longer than they said, but I didn't mind. I'd use them again for the basics.
Needed a charger for my laptop because mine packed up on the train. Knowing the spec I was after, I found the right one here quickly. It works fine and the cable feels sturdy enough, though the box was bigger than it needed to be.
Got my hair straighteners here and the delivery was next day, which was nice. The site is easy to use on my phone and the account thing is fine. Only thing was the email with the tracking link went to spam so I had to hunt for it.
I would say this is a dependable place to shop and I have been using it for a while now. The order arrived within the time they gave me, which is more than I can say for some. The only small thing was that the packaging was rather more than I needed, but the goods themselves were just as described and I'm happy to go back.
