Bought the noise cancelling earbuds with the charging case. I've been through a few pairs and these have the best mic for calls, which I did not expect. Pairing with my Android phone was instant. Delivery was fast and the case came with a spare pair of silicone tips in the box.
Read moreI needed a replacement charger for my laptop after mine packed up at work, so I was in a rush to find one. This was my first time ordering from them. The item was what I wanted but it took five working days to arrive, longer than the site suggested. Customer service did reply to my email, though it took a day or so.

Checkout was quick and the confirmation email came through straight away. Delivery took three days which was fine, though the tracking link didn't update until the parcel was already with the local depot. Would order again.

I've been buying coffee gear online for years so I knew what I wanted, a specific grinder burr set. The product was correct and the price was good. The only niggle was that the tracking showed out for delivery a full day before it actually turned up.
I'm into mechanical keyboards and this store has a good range of switches and keycaps. The product I bought was spot on and the description matched. My one gripe is the returns form, which made me jump through a couple of hoops to send back the wrong keycap set.
I ordered a stand mixer attachment and the site was clear about what fitted. Delivery took longer than I was told, nearly two weeks. When I chased it, the reply came after a few days. The item was fine once it arrived.
Ordered replacement brake pads for my road bike on the way to work. Checkout was quick on my phone. Delivery was a bit slow, took four days when I expected two, but the pads were the right fit and I've ridden on them since.
