This was the simplest of the lenders I looked at, the form took a few minutes and they didn't ask me to upload half my life. Compared with the other two the cover and terms looked much the same to me, so the easy process decided it. Money came through quickly.

I've borrowed a few times over the years so I know what a decent schedule looks like, and this one lists each payment with the interest split out. Set up a standing order against my current account and it's gone through on the day every month without any fuss. Nothing to chase.

Honestly it's one of the better options out there if you know what you're after. I've used them for years and the process hasn't changed, which suits me fine. Staff answer the phone quickly and the paperwork is clear, so I never have to ask twice what something means.

Used the app to pay off my card bill from my phone on the bus. Took maybe two minutes, money showed up on the account by the next morning. Done.

Way easier than the app I was using before, which kept logging me out. This one just works, I booked a slot in about a minute. Didn't have to create an account first either, which is a nice bonus.

Compared with the two other comparison sites I checked, this was the simplest to get through and the cover looked the same. I renewed the car policy in one sitting and the documents landed in my inbox straight after. The price was lower than last year, which I wasn't expecting.

I'd been using the same kind of service for years so I knew what to look for, and this one ticked the boxes. The sign up was quick, the payment options are sensible, and the terms are written in plain English rather than legalese. Support answered within the hour when I had one small question, which is more than I can say for my old provider.

I needed cover for the van quickly because my old policy had lapsed and I was due to start a job on the Monday. I filled the form in on my laptop at lunch and it gave me a price straight away. Documents came through by email within the hour and I could download them there and then. Very little to complain about.

I moved over from the firm I'd been with for twenty years, mainly because my renewal jumped and nobody would explain why. The new setup was quicker and the figures were clearer from the start, with no surprises. I was a bit wary at first but the process hasn't changed since I joined and I've not needed to phone anyone since. Staff are polite and the website is easy enough for someone my age to navigate.

Needed a quote for the new kitchen and wanted to compare a few firms before picking one. This was the clearest of the lot, and the price was in line with the others. The team sent through the figures the same day I asked, which made the decision easy.

Needed something quick for the flat after my mate moved out and was skint. Ordered on a Friday night from my phone and it was sorted in a few minutes. Easy, no faff, would do it again.
