Compared this with the one I'd had my eye on from a big electronics chain, and this came out ahead on the keyboard and the price. I've been a customer a while now and this order went smoothly. Delivery was on time. Pleased with it.

Needed something portable for uni halls since my desktop won't fit in the room. Ordered on my phone during a lecture break, quick checkout. Arrived fine and runs my games ok. Good.

I ordered the handheld for my husband's birthday, as he has been asking for one since the summer. The ordering process was straightforward and I was grateful for the clear instructions on the page. It arrived in good time and he has been very pleased with it, which is the main thing. I would happily order from them again.

I bought a handheld gaming PC from them a couple of years back and I've since bought a replacement for the same person, so this is my third order. The new one came in a sensible box with the charger, cable and a little guide. Setting up the accounts was easy with the help notes. Delivery was quick and the price has stayed fair. I'll keep ordering from them.

My mum needed a lightweight machine she could manage and I'd been a customer of theirs for a few years. The unit is light enough for her and the buttons are easy to press. Ordering was simple and it arrived on time. Good for her and good value.

I needed something to keep me occupied in retirement and my son suggested a handheld gaming PC. I've had mine for a few months now and I'm enjoying the older strategy games on it. Ordering online was easy enough and it came well packed. Happy customer.

Compared with the one I'd shortlisted from a bigger brand, this came out ahead on price and the spec sheet looked the same. I went back and forth for a week before ordering. It arrived well packed and the controller feels solid. Happy with the choice.

Honestly the thing that got me was how small it is, way smaller than I thought from the pics. Ordered on my phone at like midnight, easy checkout. Arrived quicker than I expected. Playing on it on the bus now, no complaints at all, would get another one.

I needed something I could take on the train for work without a bag full of kit. I've used handhelds before and I know the difference between a decent screen and a poor one. This one has a fine screen, the keyboard is comfortable for long sessions, and the battery lasts a good few hours on a charge. The site made it easy to compare the specs.

Compared with the other handheld I'd been looking at, this one has a better keyboard and a slightly bigger screen for the same money. Ordering was simple and the delivery was on the day they said. Setup was fast. Glad I went with it.

I bought the handheld with the carry case and the first thing I noticed was the little stand that folds out from the back, which I didn't expect. Packaging was sensible, no damage. The screen is clearer than my old unit and the battery lasts a fair while on light games. Good kit for the price.

Good value for a portable gaming PC, and I'd say that as someone who has owned a few of these. The screen is bright and the fan noise is about what you'd expect for the size. Setup took me twenty minutes including updates. If you know what you want, this is a sensible buy.

The size is what got me, it's smaller than I pictured from the photos. First time ordering from them and the checkout was quick. Arrived sealed and the setup was painless. Pleased with it so far.

The handheld came in at least sixty quid under the other one I was looking at and the screen is about the same size, which is why I went for it in the first place. Checkout was quick and I got a confirmation email straight away. Haven't had any problems with it so far and I've been using it for work emails and a few games in the evenings. For the money it's hard to argue with.
