Really good option if you already know what you want and just need it sorted. Ordering was straightforward, the stock info was accurate, and it came out of the warehouse quickly. Would go back.
Read moreI needed a lens filter for my camera and went with this because it was listed as the right thread size. The thread is correct but the glass has a faint tint I didn't expect from the photos. It was a fiddly sort-out to get the return label sorted, and I'm still waiting on the refund to clear.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was that the site let me check out as a guest without making me create an account, which I really appreciated. I bought a few bits for the kitchen and everything turned up in two days, well packed, with the tracking email arriving the same afternoon I ordered. Checkout took about five minutes start to finish, so I'd happily do it again.

I'd say they are a good choice, and I have used them twice now without any trouble. The booking page was clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. Some of the wording on the confirmation was a little brief, but everything arrived as it should have.
Compared with the firm I used before, this is much easier to get along with, and my order of refills arrived a day earlier than promised. I've been a customer for a good few years now. The one thing I'd change is that the reminder emails are a bit too frequent.
Compared to the other site I usually look at this one felt a bit simpler to use and the checkout didn't keep asking me to log back in. Prices were a touch higher on a couple of things but not by much. Delivery was fine and the tracking actually updated properly, which I can't say for the last lot.
I compared three of the blue ones before I went for the one from here, mainly because the reviews on the others were all over the place. This one is a good weight and feels sturdy enough. Postage took a bit longer than the site said but it did arrive in one piece.
