I needed a proper set of spanners for the garden shed after the cheap ones snapped. Looked at a few options before choosing this one because the reviews kept mentioning the metric and imperial sizes were all there. They are, and the chrome finish is holding up well.

I needed a replacement set of fixings for the shed roof and they were the first place I thought of. I've been ordering from them since the early days and the account still remembers my address. Everything arrived as it always does, bang on time and well packed.

I am very happy with the teapot I ordered, it is exactly what I hoped for. The checkout was simple and the order arrived as promised. Thank you to the team.

Bought a pack of six LED bulbs here and they worked out about a pound a bulb less than the big DIY shops. Ordered Monday, they were on my doorstep Wednesday. Hard to argue with that for the money.

I went with the brass table lamp with the linen shade after comparing a few. It's smaller than the photo made it look but that suits my bedside. Shipped in a sturdy box and nothing rattled.

The rugs came rolled up in a long tube which was a bit of a surprise, but they flattened out fine after a night under the bed. Checkout took about a minute on my phone while I was waiting for the kettle to boil, and the confirmation email landed straight away. Delivery was next day, driver left them with the neighbour like I asked, no bother at all. Sorted.

Compared with the firm I used to buy from, this place is far easier to deal with. Ordering the garden hose fittings took minutes and the customer service answered my question within the hour. Good, plain kit and the price is fair.

Went for the wool throw in the charcoal and it's exactly how the photos look, the knit is tight and even. I've bought knitwear before and usually get caught out by the sizing but the measurements on the page matched what turned up. Packed well too, no creases.

Ordering was quicker than the other site I tried, which is why I stuck with it. The checkout let me save my address and the email confirmation came straight away. The mat itself is thick and grippy, nothing more to say.

This was my first order so I needed a reason to trust them, and I went for the set of storage baskets because I was fed up with the mess in the hall. The site made it easy to see sizes and the delivery window was clear. The baskets are sturdy and the handles feel good, and the packaging was tidy with no damage at all.

Compared with the two big names I looked at first, this came out cheaper and the reviews were more useful. The cookware set has heavy bases and the lids fit properly. It's a bit more basic in the box but the pans cook well.

got the oversized hoodie in the grey, they're fast tbh. ordered Monday and it was here Wednesday. fabric's thicker than i expected and the fit is spot on. cant fault it

I am very pleased with my purchase from them. The ordering process was straightforward and the parcel arrived when promised. The item is well made and exactly as described, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the service I received.
