I have been ordering from them for about twelve years now, mostly garden bits and the odd kitchen gadget. What stood out this time was the instruction sheet, which was printed in a decent size and actually made sense. I've never had to phone them about setting something up. The order came when they said it would and I've never had a problem.

The fabric is nice and the stitching is neat, but the colour is a bit darker than it looked on screen. I was hoping for a lighter shade for the living room. It does the job and the delivery was fine, but it's not quite the look I pictured.
