We needed a new set of bed sheets for the guest room and the price was the main reason I picked this place. It's cheaper than the big department store by a fair margin, and the thread count is what it says. Ordering took a few minutes and the parcel came the next day. The sheets have washed well so far. Good value, and I'd order again for the household.
Read moreFirst time ordering from them and the site was easy to use, though the blender arrived with the wrong lid. Getting the refund sorted took a while, I emailed twice before anyone replied, about four days. It's sorted now but I'd have liked it quicker.
Read moreI tried a couple of the bigger names first for a winter coat, and this one came out ahead on what you actually pay once everything's in. The coat fits and the zip is solid. I'd been put off by stories about slow returns but the first order went smoothly, and I'll see how the return goes if I need it. Ordering was simple and the parcel landed in two days.
Read moreGot the grey hoodie I'd been eyeing for ages and it's really soft, the fabric is thick without being heavy. Ordered on my phone during lunch and it was easy to get through, the card saved so no typing. Arrived in a bag that was sealed well, and the size medium fits how I wanted. Quick delivery too, two days. Happy customer.
Needed a replacement tap washer for the kitchen and wanted it cheap. This was a fraction of the price of the local merchant. Found the right part from the filters and it arrived the next morning.

I bought a bedside lamp with a fabric shade and it's exactly what I wanted for the spare room. I know my way around home lighting so I checked the bulb fitting and wattage before buying. Everything matched the listing. Delivered well packed in a day or two.
Compared it to the big chain I normally buy from, the price on the same garden hose was lower here even with postage. Checkout was clear and I didn't have to make an account. Parcel came well wrapped and turned up on the day. Good value for a weekend job, and I'd order from them again.

I needed a cordless drill for some fitting work at home and I've used most brands for years. The spec sheet on the listing was accurate, the battery and charger are the right voltage. Price was sensible for the kit. Turned up the next morning.
Compared with the firm I used for years, this is a lot quicker to order from and the prices are about the same. I've been a customer a long time and the reorder button saves me a lot of bother. The delivery is reliable and the driver always rings the bell. Happy to keep using them.
Compared to the other two sites I checked, this one had the cheapest price on the exact item once delivery was added. Checkout was clear with no surprise fees. Gift wrap option was a nice touch and it all turned up in good time.
Really easy order, took me maybe two minutes on my phone while waiting for the bus. Got a phone case and a charging cable and both turned up Friday. Nothing to complain about.
Checked three sites before I went with Odenson for a set of cable ties and some wall plugs, and the price after delivery was the lowest by a fair bit. Ordered on the Tuesday evening and it was on my doorstep Thursday. Packaging was tidy and everything I ordered was there.
Honestly one of the easiest orders I've done, took two mins. Sent it to my flatmate's and it got there quick. No complaints, would get stuff from here again lol.
I've been ordering from Odenson on and off for about six years now, mostly bits for the house and the odd tool. The site is still easy to navigate and I can usually find what I'm after without much searching. Last month I needed a replacement bulb holder and it came quickly. Nothing has really changed, which is why I keep going back.
