Got the leather boots I'd been eyeing for months and ordered them on the site during lunch. Packed carefully, tissue paper and all, and they came two days later. Leather is decent, the sole is solid, and they haven't rubbed on my heel yet even after a long shift. Sizing ran true to the chart, which I was grateful for.

The collar sits a little differently and the cotton feels thinner after the first wash. Delivery was prompt and the returns process was straightforward, but I'd expected more for the money.

Took a few days to get the exchange sorted for a size, the returns form was a bit fiddly and I had to chase it once by email. Shirt itself is worth it though. Delivery was fast on the way out.
