We needed a proper bed for the spare room because my mum keeps staying over now and the old sofa bed was killing her back. I looked at a few places before settling on this one, mainly because the delivery dates were clear and the reviews on the site seemed honest. The whole thing took under a week from checkout to the bed being built in the room, and the sizing was spot on. Happy with it so far.
Read moreCompared to the garden storage box I bought from a rival last year, this one feels much flimsier once you put it together. The lid hinge is already loose and the panels didn't quite line up without a fight. I'd looked at a few options first and expected more for the money, so I'm a bit let down.
Read moreWent with the A4 printer paper here after comparing a few options. It's a good weight and doesn't jam the printer, which is more than I can say for some cheap stuff I've used. It is a little dearer than the supermarket own brand though, so I'll probably stick to them for everyday printing.
Read moreOrdered for the first time last week and I was surprised how easy it was. The site was clear about what I was paying and the tracking emails actually made sense. Everything came in good nick and I'd order from them again.

Brilliant company and I have ordered from them for about eight years now. Checkout is quick and the account saves my details so it takes seconds. Would happily keep using them.
Ordered the bedside lamp on my phone on the way to work and it turned up two days later. Bulb works, shade is nice and sturdy. Ordered another one for my sister yesterday, so that's a yes from me.
Bought the running trainers in the grey colourway on the app and they arrived the next morning. Fit true to size and the grip is good on wet pavements. Quick and no fuss.
Bought the same cordless drill set for the second time, which says it all really. Battery still holds charge after two years of weekend DIY and the case is still in one piece. Delivery was next day as always.
I've bought from them for years and I've tried the big chain's equivalent a few times as well. The Nugnes one just outlasts it, the stitching holds and the zips still run smoothly after plenty of use. It's a bit more upfront but I've never regretted paying it.
Compared to the rival brand I used to buy from, these fittings are a lot more solid and the thread is cut cleaner. I know my way round a toolbox so I was checking closely. They fitted first time and I've had no leaks since.
I needed a lightweight waterproof jacket for my walks on the coast path and wanted something I could fold away. Chose this one from Nugnes and it has been excellent in the rain. Good fit and the pockets are a sensible size.
The tracking updates were spot on, I could see exactly when it left the warehouse and when it was due. Never had to ring anyone. Ordered on my lunch break and it was at my door the next afternoon.
Our old kettle packed up mid-week so I needed a replacement quickly and didn't fancy paying a fortune. Ordered one from Nugnes and it arrived well packed and works perfectly. Good value and the lid is easy to clean.
Compared to the same type of slow cooker sold on the high street, this one is noticeably cheaper and seems just as well made. The lid fits snugly and the dial is easy to read. Plus the delivery was quick, which I didn't expect.
I was rather taken by the quality of the lining in the winter coat I ordered, which is far thicker than I had anticipated. It has been most pleasant to wear through the cold months. I shall certainly be returning to them.
