My only complaint is that delivery took closer to ten days than the four it promised, and nobody got back to me when I emailed to ask where it was. I'd still order from them again, though I'd allow extra time for anything I need by a particular date.
Compared to ordering the same trainers from the big brand, this was about a fiddly bit cheaper and the box came quicker. Colour was a touch darker in real life though. Still happy.
