I needed a birthday present fast for my nephew and the shops near me had nothing suitable. Ordered on the site late one evening and it arrived the next working day. Gift wrap option was a nice touch and the toy was in perfect condition. Prices were decent and the whole thing was really quick.

Ordered the lamp on my lunch break and it came the next afternoon. Box was a bit beaten up but the lamp was perfect. Checkout on my phone was quick too, no faff.

Ordered a candle set for my sister's birthday and the gift wrap option was ready to go, which saved me a lot of faff. Arrived on the day I wanted it, bit of a rush to be honest but they got it there. Smells lovely and she was made up with it.

I needed a replacement for my old kitchen gadget that had packed up after years of use, and I wanted something sturdy that wouldn't cost the earth. I compared a few sites and this one had the best value for what I paid, with clear descriptions and a helpful size guide. It arrived well packed and the quality is just what I hoped for. I've already told my sister about it and I'll be ordering from them again.

I'd always bought this sort of thing from a high street shop, so this was my first time ordering from them. Compared to the other online place I'd looked at, the total came out cheaper once postage was added. The item was exactly as shown and it came quickly.

I ordered a leather travel bag for a trip abroad and it arrived in good order. The stitching is neat and the size is as described. I found the checkout straightforward, which is not always the case with these sites.

The lid clicks shut properly, which I didn't expect for the price. Ordered it at lunch, it arrived next day, box was in one piece. Looks nicer than the photo honestly, the colour is less bright. Ran it twice already, no issues so far.

I wanted a sturdy planter for the back garden that would last through the winter, and I was rather particular about the finish. I read through the descriptions carefully and the material was described clearly, which I appreciated. When it arrived it was well wrapped and exactly as I had hoped. I'm pleased with my purchase and would order from them again.

I'd checked three other sites for a set of wooden coasters and this was the one I went with. Price was the best I found, the order was simple to place and the coasters came exactly as shown. Would order again.

The bulb for my cooker hood was the exact one I needed, and the site showed the fitting type clearly before I bought. Ordered Tuesday night and it was on the doorstep Thursday morning, packed well with no rattling. Fitted it straight away and it works a treat, saved me a trip to the electrical shop.

I've been a customer for a long time now and I've never had a bad order. Reordering my usual items takes seconds because the account remembers everything. Prices have crept up a little but still fair.

I needed a spare part for a power tool that the big retailers didn't stock anymore, so I went looking online. Found the exact fitting listed with the compatible models spelled out, which saved me a lot of guesswork. It arrived in a few days and fitted first time. Plenty of detail on the listing and the price was sensible for a part like this.
