My old set had worn thin after years of use, so I needed a fresh pair before the winter. I had a look round and found a decent set here that suited the bed. The order was easy to place and the item arrived well protected. Service was courteous when I had a question about sizing, and I was pleased with the result.
Read moreI needed a new one because the first wasn't quite right. I'd used them for years, so I knew the drill, but the returns form was fiddly and I had to ring twice before it was sorted. Once it was done the replacement was fine.
Read moreI ordered the bundle deal in the end. I'd looked at three other sites first, and two of them wanted more for the same thing. Nfstrike was a few quid cheaper once I'd added everything up, which is what swung it for me. The only thing that let it down was the confirmation email, which took about twenty minutes to arrive, so I was checking my spam folder for no reason. Everything else was fine.
Read moreWay better than the last place I used, the checkout was quicker & didn't ask me for loads of stuff. Delivery took a bit long tbh but it got here.
Needed a replacement charger fast because mine died the night before a shift. Found it on the site, ordered at like 11pm, and it was here by lunchtime, which I didn't expect. Packaging was basic but the thing worked first go. Would use again, probably the quickest I've had anything arrive.
Ordered the phone case and it's fine, the colour looked a bit darker than in the photos but it's not a big deal. Got it in a few days which was good. Would probably order again.

I would say this is a sound place to shop for the price, and I have no real complaints. The order arrived within the week, which was perfectly reasonable, although the tracking page did sit on dispatched for a day longer than I'd have liked. Customer service were polite when I rang to ask about it, and I have since placed a second order without any bother at all.
