I needed something gentle for my hands after the cold snap, my skin was cracking badly. I had a look at a couple of chemist brands and a big supermarket one before settling here. The balm absorbed quickly and didn't leave that greasy feeling, and it arrived in a few days. Happy with it and I'm already thinking about the next tub.
Read moreThe packaging was the first thing I noticed, really tidy and nothing rattling about inside. Took them nearly a week to send it out though, which was annoying when I'd ordered it as a gift. Products are nice and the site is easy enough to use on my phone, just wish they were quicker off the mark. Would probably order again, just with a bit more notice.
Read moreStill the best one I have tried and I've been ordering from here on and off for a good while now. The site is easy to use, I just reorder the same thing each time and it saves me thinking about it. This batch came through quickly and was packed properly with no leaks. Prices haven't crept up much over the years, which I appreciate. Nothing has changed my mind so far.

Needed some new gym gear and went for this after seeing it on my mate's feed. Ordered the medium but the one that turned up was a large, and the returns form was a faff to find on the site. It's fine quality once you sort it out, though the sizing chart needs work. Took about a week to get it sorted and I'm still not sure I'll bother again.
