Started a new job on Monday and had nothing decent to wear, so I needed a proper shirt by the end of the week. Ordered on Tuesday night and it was on my doorstep Thursday morning. Fit is good and the collar sits properly. Saved me a trip into town.
Read moreThe returns page looked straightforward but the process was a bit fiddly, you have to print a label and the form wants your order number in a specific format. Ordered a top that was a bit more see through than the photos suggested. Refund went through eventually but it took about ten days from when I posted it. The item itself is nice enough. Read moreI bought a pair of linen trousers in the summer and wore them nearly every day since. They have washed well and kept their crease better than I thought they would. The waistband is comfortable and the pockets are deep enough for my reading glasses. I was a little unsure about the colour when I ordered, but it is exactly as shown. The packaging was tidy and the parcel arrived when promised.

Looked at a few places before ordering a dress for a summer do, and this one had the best range for my budget. The dress itself is lovely but the size medium runs quite a bit smaller than the chart says, so I had to send it back and wait for the swap. Customer service did sort the exchange though, just took about a week longer than I'd like.
