I needed a way to book a regular cleaner without paying agency rates, as my usual firm had doubled their prices. Signing up took about five minutes and the first visit was good value for what you get, the cleaner was on time and did the kitchen properly. Would use it again.

I've been buying garden fencing panels from another supplier for years and this lot is a clear step up. The panels arrived straight and the timber is noticeably better than what I'd been getting, with far fewer knots. Price is in the same ballpark, maybe a touch lower once I'd added everything up. The order was easy to place and the delivery driver phoned ahead, which saved me waiting in. I've already placed a second order for the back fence.

The rug is the first thing I noticed when it arrived, it's much thicker and softer than I was expecting for the price. I was nervous about buying a rug online but the measurements on the page were accurate. Delivery was smooth and the rug came rolled up in a sturdy tube. I'd happily buy from them again.

My old drill battery had stopped holding charge so I needed a replacement quickly. I know the make well and this one matches the spec and fits the drill with no problems. Price is good compared with the manufacturer's own site. Delivery was next day and it came well packed. Good value for a spare.

I needed a proper waterproof for the dog walks, my old one had finally given up after years. I've been ordering from them on and off for a long time and this one has held up well through the wet autumn. Ordering was painless and it came when they said it would. Happy customer.

Would order again, the bag arrived in good nick and the site was easy to use. I had never bought from them before and was a bit wary but the tracking updates were clear and it turned up a day early. Nothing to complain about really.

What struck me first was how plainly the claim form was laid out, with no jargon I had to puzzle over. The money came through to my account within a few working days, and I was kept informed by email at every stage. I'm grateful for how it was handled, and I've no complaints.

Bought a clear phone case for my new phone and it arrived fast. The fit is snug and the corners feel properly protected. Looks just like the pictures, no yellowing yet. Cheap enough that I didn't think twice about it. Sorted.

Ordered a pair of work boots on the way out the door and they arrived two days later. Sizing was spot on and the price was lower than the other shops I checked. Easy checkout on my phone and tracking worked fine. Boots feel sturdy so far, will update if they fall apart.

Bought a pair of cushion covers for the living room and they're really well made for the money. The zip feels sturdy and the fabric's a nice weight, not thin like the ones I got from a big chain. Paid less than I expected and delivery was quick. Good value.
