My Mini Maker

The customer service team answered my question about a backordered part within the hour. I've been ordering here for about eleven years now. Quality has stayed consistent and the account history makes reordering easy.

I bought the wooden miniature kit along with the specific glue they recommend for it. I have built a fair few of these over the years, so I know my way around a craft knife and a bit of tiny joinery. The parts fit cleanly and the instructions were good, with no guesswork needed. Glue set well and the finish came out nicely. Good job all round.

The first thing I noticed was how clearly the site explained each step, which I appreciated as I'm not especially quick with online ordering. I placed the order on a Tuesday evening and it arrived the following Monday, carefully packed and everything as described. I found the checkout straightforward and the confirmation emails were very clear about what was happening.

They were the one I went with after comparing a few sites, and I'm glad I did. The pricing was clear and the kit I wanted was in stock. It arrived well packed and everything was there.

The scale is spot on for the miniature work I do, and the parts line up properly with no filing needed. Packaging kept everything separate so nothing got bent in transit. Good solid kit for the money.

I was after a set of bead kits for a craft group and tried three or four sites before this one. The range was the widest I found and the descriptions were accurate about how big each piece was. Customer service answered a question about colours within a day. The box arrived neatly packed and every kit had its full count. I was impressed by how thoughtfully it was all put together.

I compared it with the high street shop I usually go to and found the ordering process here considerably simpler, which I did not expect. The checkout asked only what I needed and the confirmation came through straight away. My order arrived the following week exactly as I had hoped, and I would be quite happy to use the site again.

Quicker than the other shop I was looking at, the checkout just worked on my phone with no fuss. Ordered during a lunch break. Got a confirmation email straight away, which I liked. Will be back.

We needed something small to hold screws in the workshop and the usual tins were hopeless. Looked at a few places before settling here. Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Thursday. Works a treat.

I needed a small set of tools for a craft night on Saturday and I'd left it too late. Ordered on the Thursday and it turned up Friday morning. Honestly saved me, no fuss at all.

Quicker than the other place I was looking at, the basket saved itself so I could finish on the bus. Had it in two days, no problems at all. Didn't have to ring anyone.

The little drawers are lovely and sturdy, and the lids close properly without sticking. I've been a customer for years and this is the first thing from them I've kept in a box for display. Delivery was neat and on time.

This is good value for what you get, and I checked three other places before ordering. The starter set costs less here than at the bigger names, with the same pieces included. It came quickly and the quality is better than I expected for the money. I shall buy my next set from them.

Honestly it was way easier than the high street shop I usually go to, you just pick stuff and check out and that's it. Took about two minutes on my phone. Delivery was quick too, got it in three days, and the little tracking updates were actually useful.
